Pella Cordless Slimshade Blinds

Question

I am looking for replacement parts for Pella Slimshade blinds. We have these in every window in our house, installed in 2004. The windows are all casement windows of the Pella Designer DGP series, now completely discontinued by Pella.

I have 2 windows where the blinds do not properly tip forward or backwards because the clear plastic clips (2 per shade) attached to the top slat of the blinds is broken. The blinds do go up and down, but cannot be tipped because of these plastic clips (see attached 5 photos of properly functioning clips, and 2 photos of the broken clips.

Pella referred me to your company as a possible source of either these plastic clips ( need 4 replacement plastic clips) or the entire

blinds assembly ( need 2 replacement blind assemblies).

Do you carry either the clips or the full blinds? If so, I am looking to purchase either one. If you don't have either, can you refer me to a known source?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the blind hardware shown in your photos. Since Pella has proprietary ownership of their hardware, it becomes very difficult to locate replacement parts once they are discontinued by Pella. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
