Pella Crank Out Window Handles

Question

I am looking for Pella Window cranks for casement windows. The house was built in 1964 and I am missing the window crank that opens the window and the handle that locks the window. For the window crank handle there is a number inside: 1603-4 and for the lock handle: 1305-3. Also one of my windows is missing the glide hardware that is attached to the window. Attached are some pictures. Your help in getting the correct part would be greatly appreciated.

This looks like our 39-109B Pella crank handle. Have you seen this one yet? Keep in mind that the most important dimension is the size of the spline. In the case of the 39-109B, this would be 3/8".
