Pella Crank chank and arm

I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with this operator. It might be something similar to our 39-385, but the arm seems shorter, and it looks like it might have an offset to boot.

Would it be possible to see this operator removed from the window? That may give me a better idea of what this is and whether we can supply a replacement.
