Item 39-403 I only need the crank and cover not the lock mechanism. Does that change the cost of the items?

I am afraid we do not sell the 39-404 without the lock. Pella both packages and supplies their genuine products; unfortunately, they don't always do this at a cost that is particularly generous for us or our customers. I apologize for any inconvenience.
