Pella Door Rollers

A quick learner from MIchigan says:
I need to replace the rollers on my sliding door. I see the rollers come in two types, one for old style and one for new style. My door was installed in 2000 so what roller is appropriate for my door. Thank you.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Pella uses a few different rollers, the 81-244 and the 82-249 style being just two of them. There's no reliable way to say which one you need going off the age of the door; even then we've seen variations. The only reliable way to tell you what replacement you're going to want is to see your old rollers out of the door, along with dimensions. From there we'll do our best to narrow this down for you.
