Pella Door Rollers

A home owner from Wallkill, New York says:
I believe my Pella sliding door's rollers have been slowly going over time. It's been getting more difficult to open each time I do. I also noticed that my rubber bumper stop is cracking. My Pella door is approximately 10 years old.
I'm looking to replace the above mentioned parts.

Thank you in advance.

Since your door is 10 years old, chances are you have something like our 81-244 roller. However, this is an educated guess. The only way to be sure is to remove yours from the door and compare it to our pictures and measurements. Could you also show us some pictures of the bumper in question?

Thank you for your patience. We are currently working on a possible replacement for this bumper and hope to have the new part available in our catalog soon.

I am still not sure what roller you have, though. We will need to see pictures of it removed from the door.

Alright, please see our 80-041. I believe this will be a match for your bumper.
