Thanks f or posting. What is the distance between the two kerfs? That is probably the most important piece of information, since you need something that can fit in the same holes. Thing is, most door manufacturers use a different kerf spacing then others, and even then the same manufacturer will make different sweeps in the same line. You may want to consider something like our 58-176, which simply wraps around the bottom of the door.

I'm afraid I don't know what kind of seal you need, exactly. Before we make a recommendation, would it be possible to see the end profile of the piece in question? I can then check our inventory for a possible replacement option.
