Pella Exterior French Door - Bottom Kerf Seal

I am looking for a replacement kerf seal for my exterior Pella doors. I can not seem to find a replacement for this anywhere. The part is approximately 9/16 inch.

We've been having trouble finding this seal. Can you tell me from what part of the door this came off of? Can you also tell me how old the door is?
