Pella French doors weatherstripping, 20 years old, in-swing

Question

I want to replace the bottom weatherstripping on my Pella Architectural series French Doors. They were installed about 20 years ago (1997 or 1998). The doors swing in. Each door is about 78-1/2" H x 35-1/2" W x 1-7/8" D.

Additionally, I want to know what vertical weatherstripping to use on the same doors.

And any instructions on how to replace each would be appreciated. Do the doors have to be removed from hinges in order to replace bottom weatherstripping?

We may have something for you. For the bottom sweep, can you tell me the distance between the two kerfs, center-to-center?

As for the vertical weatherstripping, please remove a small sample and show me a clear picture of its end profile. Knowing the dimensions of the end profile would also be a big help.
