Pella Hinged Patio Door Threshold Weatherseal

Question

I am looking for a replacement weather seal for my Pella door.  Seems like it is just a bubble seal but wasn't sure what the appropriate seal is.

It's tough to tell what you have from these photos, but the shape of the end profile reminds me of the 58-053. Please look this weatherstripping over and let me know what you think!
