Thanks for reaching out. I am unable to identify the door hinges you'll need based on the part number you've provided. 

Also, the only storm storm door hinge we carry is part 40-153. We also have a hinge repair kit, part 40-165. However, these are Larson door hardware parts so I do not believe either of these will work for you.
