Thanks for writing in! The window balance you have here is a custom Extended-Travel Channel Balance. Based on the stamp, I believe the length of your balance should be 28-5/8". 

This exact balance style is no longer available but the 28-7/8" version may work in its place. I'll just need to know the exact weight of the window sash to confirm that the stamp on the replacements would be the same.

To confirm pricing and availability, I'll need to now the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
