This looks like the latch used in the 84-225 Pella Rolscreen Handle. Unfortunately, the latch is not sold separately from the handle set itself. You could see if you can maybe find the latch separately from a Pella dealer or a hardware store, but I am not certain if you'll be able to. I apologize for any inconvenience.
