Left split arm operator w/handle and cover white (crank arm 9")
hinge arm(5 1/4") with bushing and guide track
Hinge channel and pivot arms

Thanks for writing in! Your operator resembles our 39-031 Truth Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite handed version is part 39-032). These operators are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114L or the folding crank handle, part 39-205 . There is also the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and handle kit.
Compare the dimensions from your existing operator to those shown on the diagram below.
