These are from a Pella window I'm looking for handles and the cover plate which I believe is called an escutcheon

Thanks for posting. These operators might be our Pella 39-391 and 39-392, but I can't say for sure without seeing more of the operator. If so, however, these use our 39-403 and 39-404 Pella Folding Crank and Lock Kit. Take a look and see what you think.
