This broke from the top when I was closing the window.
Attached are two photos, one I am holding up the string and another letting drop.
The visible glass on the lower sash is 36.5W x 23H
Seeking advice on what I need to have someone fix it. Already tried Pella service.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new balances. Can you show us some photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window? I can't promise we'll have a replacement but that would allow us to confirm.
