Pella SGD

This door is about 8 years old and the internal locking parts that attach to the handle are broken.we  need replacment part.

This looks like an old-style Pella handle set that, unfortunately, is no longer available. I believe they discontinued it a few years ago.

I think your best bet would be to contact a local company that deals in Pella hardware and see if they still carry older parts like this in stock. You can view our return policy here for the handle that you purchased. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
