Pella Screen Door

Question

Hi: The part on the sliding screen door does not catch the part on the frame to latch it. Please let me know the part required on the frame that should go with the one on the screen door. I have attached the photo of the one on the screen door for your reference.

Before you replace anything, you may be able to just pack out the keeper with washers so that it can catch hold of the latch. Try that and let me know how it works. If not, you can consider something like our 85-001 as a possible replacement.
