Pella Single Hung Vinyl Window Balances

I believe I have a similar Pella Single Hung vinyl window. Each sash is ~24" and the metal portion of the balance is 20.5". Do you have this part?

Thanks for posting! We can replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Can you just confirm how many you need? Your post seems to imply you have multiple windows that need new balances. Once we know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote.

I need 4 windows (8 balances), but I have 5 such windows in my home and given 4 of 5 are broken, considering just getting 10 balances (5 windows). Thank you.
