I think it takes product # 81-249.
Looks to measure 2 3/4" length , 1 11/16" height, and 5/8" width .
metal wheel
no bottom flange.

your part has 11/16" width and looks like nylon wheel

i just want to order the right one

I agree, the 81-249 looks like the best match. To my knowledge this was never made with a 5/8" width, so you may want to triple check that to be sure.

As stated in the product description, the 81-249 has a steel ball bearing wheel.
