Hello, I have a six foot 1985 pella exterior sliding door. I need to replace the rollers and don't want to remove the door to see what style they are. I'm hoping you'll know and can send the right replacement parts. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't identify your rollers without seeing a photo of the original. We sell the 81-098 and 81-244 Pella brand rollers but this is by no means a guarantee. You will ultimately need to remove an old roller from the door so that you can compare the specifications.

Hi Emily, what if I were to buy both brands and return the one I don't use.

Sure, you could certainly do that but note that Pella also uses generic roller assemblies on their doors so there's a chance you may have something else. The 81-098 and 81-244 are just an educated guess; seeing a roller removed from the door is the only way for us to verify. However, you can find our return policy here.
