Pella Sliding Door

Question

Our Pella bottom rollers are sticking and need replacement. Do all Pella doors use the same bottom rollers? Our doors are probably 10yrs old. I would rather not remove the door until I'm ready to perform the install but if I have to in order to determine the specific type of roller we can do that. I was just hoping that Pella only used one type.

Thanks for writing in. Pella Sliding Glass Doors often use either the 81-244 or 81-098 (we also carry a generic version of the 81-098, the 81-249). The only way to know if either of these are what you need however is to remove the old rollers and compare to the dimensions below. With Sliding Glass Doors this is almost always the only way to be certain I'm afraid--honestly it's rare to be able to narrow it down this much to begin with. If your old rollers do not match either of these options, send me photos and provide dimensions, and I'll try and find something better for you.
