Pella Sliding Glass Door Latch

I am looking for the latch hardware that goes inside the door jam for a Pella sliding glass door to allow you to latch/lock the door from the inside. I have additional photos if you need any more pictures. I am trying to see if you can help me verify that your part #89-003 is a suitable replacement. I am in the process of selling my house and having a hard time getting a few repairs done. I will be submitting another request for window ventilation stops.
