Hello,
I wasn't exactly sure what to send you a photo of because we haven't taken anything apart yet and won't until we know the part is replaceable.
We have a pair of Pella wood, interior sliding glass doors that we installed in the house we built over 30 years ago. The one we use the most is getting more and more difficult to slide open. I have leveled the door so I know that's not the issue so what I'm guessing is that the rollers need to be replaced.
I found you when I was searching for the next solution so I'm hoping you can help. What exactly would you need from me in order to know if you have the appropriate rollers? Also, do you know how to replace the rollers and do you think this is something we could tackle on our own? My husband is an electrician and a very knowledgeable person.
Thanks, Andryea

Hello Andryea, thanks for writing in. In regards to replacing patio door rollers, we would actually need to see the rollers removed from the door to make an identification. You can look at the video below for more information on our identification process. We also have a video on how to remove the rollers, which I will link on the side of the page.
