I need to find rollers for our Pella sliding glass doors. This house was built in 1967 and to the best of my knowledge the rollers are original#. I have an original invoice for "Pella sliding glass doors, 5/8" insulating glass, with screens, standard hardware as follows:
7# OXO-45, std width, 7' x 11 1/2' frame ht
The roller is missing a chunk as you can see in the photos.
Photo 1 USA is on bottom of roller
Photo 2 Numbers 4688 are upside down on bottom of roller
Photo 3 1 M upside down and then the 4688 begins to show
Photo 4 shows T at edge of broken place
Photo 5shows size of broken place
I think the box for the roller is yellow zinc. It is 2 3/4" W, 2' H and 5/8' Deep

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't carry an exact match for this roller, but I am wondering if the newer Pella 81-098 could work as a replacement. We also carry a generic version of this roller that's identical, the 81-249. See the diagram below. The most pertinent dimensions for a sliding glass door roller are the height and width of the assembly, as well as the wheel diameter. Compare these measurements to your old roller and let me know if they match or differ in any way.
