For my Pella slim shade blinds, the between-the-glass operator is not working. I am confident the knob is not stripped as I substituted another working operator.
My Pella windows at home have 2 designs of operators. Attached is a picture of the operator that is not working. The substitute operator is similar, but with an attached lower flange that requires a much shorter mounting screw.
On your site, where are the needed operators?
