Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for this handle set or mortise. You may need to reach out to Pella directly to see if a direct fit is still available. 

For a new complete set, the best we can provide is the 40-049 style, but we cannot guarantee it will function properly and may require modification to the door. Take a look and compare the dimensions to see what you think!
