I believe we may be able to help you. Start with taking a look at our 40-191 storm door multi-point lockset. Let us know if this is the part you have been searching for.

based on the photos attached that I sent, the one I have doesn't appear to be a multi-point. Do you have a single point bolt?

The 40-191 has double bolts as well as a centered latch. Is there anything about your old lock that you think differs? If so, show us pictures of the face of your old lock. Otherwise, I am confident the 40-191 is a good match.
