Pella Storm Door Deadbolt mortise latch replacement

Question

I need a mortise latch for a Pella Storm door #082206 90983 0737. Your mortise latch #40-194 lists the same measurements as the one in my door. Will it work for me? Also I am including pictures of my lock and complete assembly.

Your latch look similar to the Pella 40-193 handle set, which coincidentally comes with the 40-194. That said, I personally believe that the 40-194 is all you need to repair your lock set. Take a look for yourself on the web site and decide.
