Please quote Brass Storm Door Handle for Pella Door. (Please see 4 photos attached.) If original replacement, like Handle is unavailable, please provide similar like items that may be used as a replacement.

Thanks for posting, Jason. You have an old handle set that isn't made anymore. Our 40-058 may work as a replacement, but I'm not sure if it will cover up all the holes. See what you think.
