Pella Storm Door Mortise

Question

If I can provide you with the Serial Number of my Pella (r) One Touch (r) Storm Door, can you let me know if you have a mortise unit for it? I believe the mortise unit is worn out as the latch bolt will not spring out with sufficient tension such that the latch bolt secures the door closed. Or do you think it is a part inside the mortise such as a spring that could be replaced, or do I need to replace the entire mortise? The Serial Number of my Pella door is 062205 90586 8887 THANK YOU

Knowing the serial number won't help that much, I'm afraid. Take a look at our Pella 40-191 to see if this is the mortise lock you are looking for. If not, please remove your lock from the door and send us some photos of it so that we can find something better.
