Pella Storm Door Mortise Lock

A home owner from Glenside, PA says:
I have 2 Pella Storm Doors -- installed a number of years ago (about 5 years?). Within the first 2 years, the door used the most had the mortise lock no longer working (it's been duct taped ever since so the door can still open close but the mechanism does not work and was never replaced). Recently, the other door was being used just a little, and now that one broke as well. The door was stuck shut and the handle had to be taken off and removed to get to the internal mechanism and pull that out to open the door. Do you have replacements for these? With directions to install as well?
