Pella Swinging Patio Door Mortise Lock

Good morning,

I am working on a Pella swinging Patio door - Architect series. The mortise locket has a dead bolt function as well as aspring latch. Both functions have failed and the handle does not return. I am looking for a replacement lockset. Can you please give me a price and availability on the parts ?I have attached photos.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the multi-point mortise lock shown in your photo. In this case, your best bet would be to reach out to Pella directly.
