Pella Tandem Rollers

Question

I am looking for a replacement for Pella Part # V782875 - PD Tandem Rollers.  I would actually prefer the V782874 - stainless steel version since the door is in a beach location.  I could not find a cross reference chart for the available rollers on your site.  Can you provide me the correct replacement part #?

I'm afraid the part numbers you provided weren't a match to anything in our database. We'd be happy to look into this but we will require photos of the original roller removed from the door along with written-out dimensions. Once we have that, we'll do our best to help.
