Pella Tilt Pin

This pin is broken. I believe it is called a tilt pin. I saw others similar to it on your web site, but not identical. Also may need the part it fits into.

Thanks for posting. Pella discontinued this pivot, but it was replaced with our 26-406B. You will need to drill new holes to accommodate the new style.

Do you know what pivot lock shoe works with this window and pivot pin? I think it has a cam, but it looks like it is broken. I assume I will need to replace this part as well.

There is a possibility you may be able to use our 15-194 pivot shoe. But, before we can confirm that we would need to have you send us photos of your balance system to see if they are compatible with each other.

I am very familiar with this cam lock. Unfortunately, it's not something we sell and we have no potential alternatives at this time. To my knowledge, Pella stopped making this some years ago. My suggestion is to contact them directly to see if they may still have stock they can provide to you.
