Pella Vinyl Windows - Balance Shoe

Please find the attached photos. The shoes have broken and separated from the balance channel. The balance channels are plain, and connected to the frame with a small hook. I cannot remove the shoe or channel from the frame since there is not cutout to do so.
How do I remove the parts from the frame (heat gun, vinyl spreader)?

Hey there. This looks like a 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe or the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe, depending on its width. To remove the shoe, simply tilt it forward, and then swivel it so it can slide out. You can do the same with the channel balance after you unfasten or unhook it from the top of the window track.

Thank you for the quick reply. Eureka! I was wondering how they got in and out of there! Easy enough.
They seem to be the 1" 15-194?
