In your case, I think you only need a key cylinder. You can knock out the center hole punch in your exterior handle and install the 82-310. Looking at the position of the thumb lever for your interior handle, the exterior hole punch should line up with the slot in the mortise that takes the key. You should double check just to be 100% sure that it will, though.
