Pella Vinyl window Spring Balance clip

Question

I have a set of Pella Vinyl windows model
W021038691

on which the balance spring bars have separated from the clips at the bottom of the sashes.

Can you identify the clips that I need to replace?

Are they complex to install. I would hope they are two piece units where the wider piece goes into the sash, then pivots 90 degrees to take the internal part.

I'm afraid I couldn't match that code up with anything in my records. At this stage, I don't know what you have or whether we sell anything that might match.

I'm happy to look into it for you, but we would need a clear photo of the hardware in question. That includes both the clip and balance. Please let me know if that would be possible.
