Pella Window

Can you estimate the age of this Pella window? I can't find model #s on the glass. It is double pained, but not sealed. The inside pane is held in place with knife clips similar to the screens. The wooden grids can be removed for painting or cleaning.

Can I get a replacement inside window pane for this window from you? If so, I can respond with the appropriate measurements.
