Pella Window Counterbalance

I need to replace the counterbalance on a Pella window. Most are missing serial numbers, but I attached a photo of one put in at the same time, same size.I'd kind of like to get the part without taking the window apart to see the old part. Would like to do the job once, not twice if possible. :)

Hello there!
I'm afraid we can't ID your hardware from this information. We will need to see the old balance assembly, in undamaged condition, removed from the window. We may need more photos and information after that, but we have to know what we're dealing with first.

Thank you for the additional photos! I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a replacement for this balance assembly. Your best option would be to contact Pella directly to see what they advise. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
