I need replacement cranks for Pella windows installed in early to mid-1980s.

Thanks for posting. Though this may be a Pella window, the hardware is actually Truth. This might be the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions match what we show below. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
