Suburban ranch house built in 1958. Pella awning-type casement windows all around. Sash is 29-1/2 x 42 in. The part I need is shown in the attached photo. The hinge arm assembly has two parts. The portion I need includes the brass slider (shown enlarged), left side when facing the window from the outside. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
If there is a parts diagram for this window, I'd like to have a copy of that as well.

Hello,
I can't say for sure without seeing an undamaged hinge from another window but I see that you were looking at our 39-352 Pella hinge. This could be what you need as long as the dimensions match up but we'd like to see an undamaged hinge to confirm. Thank you!

I am wondering if blinds for a big window are still available the blind measures 47 inches wide by 48 inches long?.

I'm sorry to say that our company doesn't sell replacement blinds of any size. I would recommend contacting a company that specializes in blinds for assistance.
