Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a strong possibility we can provide you with a replacement for the balances you have. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the attachment on the bottom of the balance to identify it. I can see that there is a piece of it still inside the balance, so it's likely to still be inside the window track. Please also confirm the stamp from the metal channel.
The top of the balance appears to have a hook. I'll need to see the installation hole it installs in to determine the right configuration for the replacement channel.
In the meantime, this window latch can be replaced with either the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches or the 26-393A Tilt Latch Pair. Carefully look over each of their dimensions to determine the best fit for the window.
