Pella Window Parts Help needed

Question

ThermaStar by Pella, Double Hung. I am looking for 2 tilt catches, 36 Balance Shoe (Catches),  11 32 inch Balances, 1 28 inch Balance, 2 32 inch spring tracts and 2 non moving latches. Thank you!

We would be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see detailed photos of each part that you need removed from the window, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

For your balances, we will need to see both ends and confirm the number stamped on the metal channels for each length that you need to determine if we can supply suitable replacements. Thank you!
