Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 20-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe. In the meantime, can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to purchase? 

Our minimum for custom orders is 2, I'm afraid. You wouldn't want to replace just the one balance anyway. Pairing a new balance with an old balance would cause the new one to wear out a lot quicker since it has to pick up the slack for the weaker one. That's why we always recommend replacing balances in pairs. With that said, I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
