Pella Window Sash Balance

Question

Pella double hung windows from Lowe's in 2006. Metal is 22 inches long, labeled 22C BSI. Rivet for bottom of spring broke off, black plastic sash guard at top broken. Pivot lock shoe is 1 inch. House guest thought windows opened by sliding and tilting?! Managed to get the other 3 balances back together and working, but this one is not salvageable.
