Hello,
Take a look at the 90-213 Pella sash lock and go over the dimensions to see if you could use this to replace your old lock. Thanks for posting!

I am looking for the lock and stash for the Pella windows with the button. Do they not sell those replacement locks anymore?

Hello,
We can't be sure since your entire latch is not visible but it does resemble the 90-213 that was recommended in this post. Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this part with a push-button release but I don't see why that would prevent this from working for your repair. Take a look and see how the style and hole spacing compare to your part.
