These are probably 25 years old Pella windows. The serial number is PELLA-1299-DCWCMFX1Z1-053A076APRI-521S-NFRC
The gears don't turn, the hook doesn't latch on 3. Two others won't open. We opened one and couldn't get it closed. A repair man had to shut it.
We just bought this place. ACE tried, said called Pella. Pella wants $300 just to look at them.

I had a previous inquiry about these but also needed to submit a photo of the inside of the window. It's on the second flr of a building downtown and the first picture is the best we could get. The cranks on some don't work and others won't open at all.

Thank you for the additional photos. It's tough to say from the angle in your first photo, but the 39-096 and 39-097 come to mind. You'll have to review the specifications to confirm they match what you need for this repair. Note that the 39-109B handle is sold separately.
