Two images show lower sash cords are broken and window will not stay up.
One Image shows the serial Number of my Pella wooden double hung windows. I have no idea what model # they are since previous homeowner had them installed in the 90's
The otgher image shows another window in the same room that still works and has cord in place.
What do I need to buy to fix these myself.
I've worked on older windows in the past. Replacing/reglazing glass
I'm good at working on all mechanical things. I restore Pinball machines for a hobby. Now there's sometjing with a lot of moving parts !

Hello,
We do not carry an exact match for this pivot shoe, but the 15-281 was recently added to our inventory as a possible replacement. Note that these shoes are used with our S770 channel balances, which install with a screw at the top of the channel. Take a look and review the specifications to determine if they will work for your window. Thanks for posting!
