Pella architect series casement window lock keeper plate

Question

Hi there, one of our Pella architect series casement windows is missing the two receiver plates for the lock levers to click into. The part would be about 3" long. Can you please help?

At first glance, your locks remind me of the 38-294 and 38-295. We'll include the image from our product page below. Unfortunately, we do not carry the keeper or internal parts used with these locks. If you haven't already, I'd recommend contacting Pella directly to see if they can supply the internal hardware for your lock assembly. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair.
